Any product that is stated to have a warranty will be covered under that warranty.
The warranty period and conditions depend on the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
Products without a stated warranty are not covered. If you purchase a product with a warranty and need to make a claim during the warranty period, we will assist you.
Our role is to intervene and guide you by providing the relevant institutions, authorized service centers, or official contacts to file your warranty claim.

Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be presented when making a warranty claim.
